Saadatu Hamu is the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner. Saadatu has experience on corporate Commercial transactions and the intersection of Law, policy and regulatory developments on business. With an in-depth understanding of the Nigerian legal system she has advised clients locally and internationally on intellectual property, banking, project finance and asset acquisitions. Her areas of specialization include banking and finance, energy, emerging enterprises and regulatory compliance.

In recognition of her to contribution to nation building and public impact at an early stage, she was selected as one of the 2016 Associate Fellow of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative (NLI), she is also an Alumni of the Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance University of Cape Town Governance Emerging African Leaders Program, and former curator of the Abuja Hub of the Global Shapers Community. She sits on the board of several emerging companies and not for profit improving the state of our world.
